Abstract
In accordance with the regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued an IHA to Community Offshore Wind, LLC (COSW) to incidentally harass marine mammals during marine site characterization surveys in coastal waters off of New Jersey and New York in the New York Bight.
