AGENCY: Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the Federal Accounting Standards 
Advisory Board (FASAB) will hold a meeting on May 31, 2023. The purpose 
of the meeting is to discuss issues related to embedded leases. The 
meeting will begin at 1 p.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will 
be held virtually and open to the public.
