Abstract
This action amends Very High Frequency (VHF) Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airway V-171 in the vicinity of Roseau, MN. The amendment is due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Roseau, MN (ROX), VOR/Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/DME) navigational aid (NAVAID). The Roseau VOR is being decommissioned as part of the FAA's VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) program.
