TIME AND DATE: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2023.

STATUS: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will consider and act upon the 
following in open session: American Soda, LLC, Docket No. WEST 2021-
0278. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in concluding that the 
operator had failed to report an accident in a timely manner.)
    Any person attending this meeting who requires special
