SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On April 26, 2023, the Commission
established a schedule for the conduct of the preliminary phase of the
subject investigations, which included an in-person staff conference.
The Commission will now hold its staff conference via video conference
beginning 9:30 a.m. on May 16, 2023. Requests to appear at the
conference should be emailed to <a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#c1b1b3a4ada8aca8afa0b3b8a2aeafa7a4b3a4afa2a4b281b4b2a8b5a2efa6aeb7"><span class="__cf_email__" data-cfemail="116163747d787c787f706368727e7f777463747f7274625164627865723f767e67">[email protected]</span></a> (DO
NOT FILE ON EDIS) on or before Friday, May 12, 2023. Please provide an
email address for each conference participant in the email. Information
on conference procedures will be provided separately and guidance on
joining the video conference will be available on the Commission's
Daily Calendar.
