SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: OFCCP administers and enforces three equal

amended (E.O. 11246); Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as
amended; and Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974,
as amended. This ICR covers the reporting requirements for supply and
service contractors under all three authorities as well as the
recordkeeping requirements under E.O. 11246. This proposed information
collection request outlines the legal authority, procedures, burden,
and cost associated with developing and maintaining affirmative action
programs and responding to the compliance review Scheduling Letter. For
additional substantive information about this ICR, see the related
notice published in the Federal Register on November 21, 2022 (87 FR
