Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for the proposed rule "Determination of Attainment by the Attainment Date But For International Emissions for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard; El Paso-Las Cruces, Texas-New Mexico" that was published on March 7, 2023.
