disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Vermont (FEMA-
4695-DR), dated 03/20/2023.
Incident: Severe Storm and Flooding.
Incident Period: 12/22/2022 through 12/24/2022.
DATES: Issued on 03/20/2023.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/19/2023.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/20/2023.

the President's major disaster declaration on 03/20/2023, Private Non-
Profit organizations that provide essential services of a governmental
nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above
or other locally announced locations.
The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected
by the disaster:
Primary Counties: Chittenden, Essex, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille,
Orange, Orleans, Washington.
