Abstract

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Nebraska Advisory Committee (Committee) to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 4 p.m.-5 p.m. Central Time. The purpose for the meeting is to discuss the proposal for their project on the effects of the pandemic on education in the state.

the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights

ACTION: Announcement of meeting.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the Nebraska 
Advisory Committee (Committee) to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 4 p.m.-5 p.m. 
Central Time. The purpose for the meeting is to discuss the proposal 
for their project on the effects of the pandemic on education in the 
state.

through the Zoom link above. If joining only via phone, callers can

    Members of the public are also entitled to submit written comments; 
the comments must be received in the regional office within 30 days 
following the meeting. Written comments may be emailed to Victoria
