Abstract
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that the California Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a virtual business meeting via ZoomGov on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Pacific. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the latest draft of their report on the civil rights implications of AB5.

Notice of Public Meeting of the California Advisory Committee
AGENCY: U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
ACTION: Announcement of virtual business meeting.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that the
California Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a virtual business
meeting via ZoomGov on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m.
Pacific. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the latest
draft of their report on the civil rights implications of AB5.
