AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for
the State of New York (FEMA-3590-EM), dated December 26, 2022, and
related determinations.
DATES: This amendment was issued February 1, 2023.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that the incident
period for this emergency is closed effective December 28, 2022.
