    3. Ratification List.
    4. Commission vote on Inv. No. 731-TA-669 (Fifth Review) (Cased 
Pencils from China). The Commission currently is scheduled to complete 
and file its determinations and views of the Commission on March 3, 
2023.
    5. Outstanding action jackets: none.
    The Commission is holding this meeting under the Government in the 
Sunshine Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b). In accordance with Commission policy, 
subject matter listed above, not disposed of at the scheduled meeting, 
may be carried over to the agenda of the following meeting.
