Integrity Measurement Systems, Inc.
AGENCY: National Security Agency, Department of Defense (DoD).
ACTION: Notice of intent.

SUMMARY: The National Security Agency hereby gives notice of its intent
to grant Ad Astra Integrity Measurement Systems, Inc. a revocable, non-
assignable, exclusive, license to practice the following Government-
Owned invention as described and claimed in United States Patent Number
(USPN), 8,326,579, Method and system for program execution integrity
measurement; and USPN, 7,904,278, Method and system for program
execution integrity measurement.
DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has until
March 1, 2023 to file written objections including evidence and
argument that establish that the grant of the license would not be
consistent with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
