Barium Chloride From India; Termination of Investigation
AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.
ACTION: Notice.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Background: On January 6, 2023, the Department of Commerce
published notice in the Federal Register of a negative final
determination of sales at less than fair value in connection with the
subject investigation concerning India (88 FR 1050). Accordingly, the
antidumping duty investigation concerning barium chloride from India
(Investigation No. 731-TA-1584 (Final)) is terminated.
