DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
[Project No. 15021-000]
Bard College, New York; Notice of Availability of Environmental
Assessment
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969
and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission)
regulations, 18 CFR part 380, the Office of Energy Projects has
reviewed the application for an exemption from licensing for the
Annandale Micro Hydropower Project, located on the Saw Kill in the Town
of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York, and has prepared an
Environmental Assessment (EA) for the project. The project does not
occupy federal land.
[[Page 75621]]
The EA contains staff's analysis of the potential environmental
impacts of the project and concludes that issuing an exemption for the
project, with appropriate environmental protective measures, would not
constitute a major federal action that would significantly affect the
quality of the human environment.
The Commission provides all interested persons with an opportunity
to view and/or print the EA via the internet through the Commission's
Home Page (<a href="http://www.ferc.gov">http://www.ferc.gov</a>) using the ``eLibrary'' link. Enter the
docket number, excluding the last three digits in the docket number
field, to access the document. At this time, the Commission has
suspended access to the Commission's Public Reference Room, due to the
proclamation declaring a National Emergency concerning the Novel
Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), issued by the President on March 13,
2020. For assistance, contact FERC Online Support at
