Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act, that the Guam Advisory Committee (Committee) to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights will hold a virtual business meeting via Zoom at 11 a.m. ChST on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, (8 p.m. ET on Monday, December 5, 2022) to continue discussing the Committee's project on housing discrimination.

Notice of Public Meeting of the Guam Advisory Committee to the 
U.S. Commission on Civil Rights

AGENCY: U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

ACTION: Announcement of virtual business meeting.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act, that the Guam 
Advisory Committee (Committee) to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
will hold a virtual business meeting via Zoom at 11 a.m. ChST on 
Tuesday, December 6, 2022, (8 p.m. ET on Monday, December 5, 2022) to 
continue discussing the Committee's project on housing discrimination.

DATES: The meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, from 
11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. ChST (Monday, December 5, 2022, from 8 p.m.-9:30 
p.m. ET).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Committee meetings are available to the 
public through the videoconference link above. Any interested member of 
the public may listen to the meeting. An open comment period will be 
provided to allow members of the public to make

a statement as time allows. Per the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 
members of the public who wish to speak during public comment must 
provide their name to the Commission; however, if a member of the 
public wishes to join anonymously, we ask that you please join by 
phone. If joining via phone, callers can expect to incur regular 
charges for calls they initiate over wireless lines, according to their 
wireless plan. The Commission will not refund any incurred charges. 
Closed captions will be provided for individuals who are deaf, 
deafblind, or hard of hearing. To request additional accommodations, 
please email <a href="/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#5c373a3d3633283d1c292f3f3f2e723b332a"><span class="__cf_email__" data-cfemail="a3c8c5c2c9ccd7c2e3d6d0c0c0d18dc4ccd5">[email&#160;protected]</span></a> at least 10 business days prior to the

    Members of the public are also entitled to submit written comments; 
the comments must be received in the regional office within 30 days
