Abstract

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that the Texas Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a series of virtual briefings via ZoomGov on the following dates and times for the purpose of hearing testimony about mental health care in the juvenile justice system in Texas.

Notice of Public Meetings of the Texas Advisory Committee to the 
U.S. Commission on Civil Rights

AGENCY: U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

ACTION: Announcement of virtual briefings.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that the 
Texas Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold a series of virtual 
briefings via ZoomGov on the following dates and times for the purpose 
of hearing testimony about mental health care in the juvenile justice 
system in Texas.

DATES: These virtual briefings will take place on:

<bullet> Wednesday, December 7, 2022, from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. Central Time
<bullet> Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. Central Time

written comments; the comments must be received in the Regional 
Programs Unit within 30 days following the meeting. Written comments
