AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.
ACTION: Notice; public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Atlantic
Surfclam and Ocean Quahog Committee will hold a public meeting.
DATES: The meeting will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 10
a.m. to 12 p.m. For agenda details, see SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management
Council's Atlantic Surfclam and Ocean Quahog Committee will meet
Friday, December 2, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The purpose of this
meeting is to review public comment received on the draft Amendment to
address species separation requirements in the Atlantic surfclam and
ocean quahog fisheries. The Committee may also develop recommendations
to the Council, to be presented to the full Council later in December.

The meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities.

prior to the meeting date.
