On October 14, 2022, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed a rule titled, "Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR): Reconsideration of Fugitive Emissions Rule," FR Doc 2022-22259.
