AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a 
disaster for the State of Arizona dated 09/19/2022.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Mudslides and Debris Flows.
    Incident Period: 07/23/2022 through 08/28/2022.

DATES: Issued on 09/19/2022.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/18/2022.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/19/2023.

ADDRESSES: Submit completed loan applications to: U.S. Small Business 
Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport 
Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.

Contiguous Counties:
    Arizona: Gila, Mohave, Navajo, Yavapai.
    Utah: Kane, San Juan.
