On August 22, 2022, the Department of Commerce published notice in the Federal Register of a negative final determination of subsidies in connection with the subject investigation concerning Thailand (87 FR 51343). Accordingly, the countervailing duty investigation concerning steel nails from Thailand (Investigation No. 701-TA-676 (Final)) is terminated.

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: On August 22, 2022, the Department of Commerce published 
notice in the Federal Register of a negative final determination of 
subsidies in connection with the subject investigation concerning 
Thailand (87 FR 51343). Accordingly, the countervailing duty 
investigation concerning steel nails from Thailand (Investigation No. 
701-TA-676 (Final)) is terminated.
