Open Meeting of the Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance
AGENCY: Departmental Offices, U.S. Department of the Treasury.
ACTION: Notice of open meeting.

SUMMARY: This notice announces that the U.S. Department of the
Treasury's Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance (FACI) will meet via
videoconference on Thursday, September 29, 2022, from 1 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
eastern time. The meeting is open to the public. The FACI provides non-
binding recommendation and advice to the Federal Insurance Office (FIO)
in the U.S. Department of Treasury.
DATES: The meeting will be held via videoconference on Thursday,
September 29, 2022, from 1 p.m.-4:30 p.m. eastern time.
ADDRESSES: The Committee meeting will be held in the Cash Room,
Department of the Treasury, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, DC
20220 and via videoconference. The meeting will be open to the public
and the site is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Because
the meeting will be held in a secured facility, members of the public
who plan to attend the meeting must register online. Attendees may

and fill out a secure online registration form. A valid email address
will be required to complete online registration.

Tentative Agenda/Topics for Discussion: This will be the third FACI
meeting of 2022. In this meeting, the FACI will discuss topics related
to climate-related financial risk and the insurance sector, cyber
insurance developments, and international insurance issues. The FACI
will also receive status updates from each of its subcommittees and
from FIO on its activities, as well as consider any new business.
