Abstract
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) proposes to modify an existing system of records, entitled BGFRS-41, "FRB--Ethics Program Records," which maintains information collected in connection with the administration of the Board's Ethics Program and enables the Board to ensure public trust in the Board's and the Federal Open Market Committee's monetary responsibilities.
