Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that POSCO (the single entity comprised of POSCO and POSCO International Corporation), a producer and exporter of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from the Republic of Korea (Korea), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices not below normal value during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021. We invite all interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
