Form T-1

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction
Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the Securities and Exchange
Commission (``Commission'') has submitted to the Office of Management
and Budget this request for extension of the previously approved
collection of information discussed below.
Form T-1 (17 CFR 269.1) is a statement of eligibility and
qualification under the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (15 U.S.C. 77aaa et
seq.) of a corporation designated to act as a trustee under an
indenture. The information is used to determine whether the corporation
is qualified to serve as a trustee. Form T-1 is filed on occasion. The
information required by Form T-1 is mandatory. This information is
publicly available on EDGAR. Form T-1 takes approximately 15 hours per
response to prepare and is filed by approximately 2 respondents. We
estimate that 25% of the 15 hours (4 hours) is prepared by the company
for a total annual reporting burden of 8 hours (4 hours per response x
2 responses).
An agency may conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently
valid control number.

collection at the following website: www.reginfo.gov. Find this
