AGENCY: Department of the Navy, Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: 30-Day information collection notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance 
the following proposal for collection of information under the 
provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

DATES: Consideration will be given to all comments received by May 20, 
2022.

    Title; Associated Form; and OMB Number: United States Marine Corps 
Child and Youth Programs; NAVMC Forms 1750/7, 1750/10, 1750/11; OMB 
Control Number 0703-UCYP.
    Type of Request: New.
    Number of Respondents: 16,000.
    Responses per Respondent: 1.
    Annual Responses: 16,000.
    Average Burden per Response: 10 minutes.
    Annual Burden Hours: 2,666.67.
    Needs and Uses: The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Child and 
Youth Programs information collection is needed to obtain authorization 
for Child and Youth Programs personnel to maintain the medication 
administration record, controlled medication administration record, 
daily log for USMC Child and Youth Programs participants and to 
administer non-medicated topical products.
    Affected Public: Individuals or households.
    Frequency: On occasion.
    Respondent's Obligation: Voluntary.
