AGENCY: Department of the Army, Department of Defense (DoD).
ACTION: 30-Day information collection notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance
the following proposal for collection of information under the
provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act.
DATES: Consideration will be given to all comments received by April
14, 2022.

Title; Associated Form; and OMB Number: Army Sex Offender
Information; Department of the Army Form 190-45-SG (Army Law
Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System); OMB Control Number 0702-
0128.
Type of Request: Revision.
Number of Respondents: 120.
Responses per Respondent: 1.
Annual Responses: 120.
Average Burden per Response: 20 minutes.
Annual Burden Hours: 40.
Needs and Uses: The information collection requirement is necessary
for the Department of the Army, Office of the Provost Marshal General
to obtain and record the sex offender registration information of those
sex offenders who reside or are employed on an Army installation.
Registered sex offenders are defined as any person who is either
registered or required to register as a sex offender by any law,
regulation or policy of the United States, the Department of Defense,
the Army, a State, U.S. territory, or tribal government. All registered
sex offenders who reside or are employed on an Army installation will
submit their registration information with the installation Provost
Marshal Office. The information collected is entered into the Army Law
Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System and used by Army law
enforcement to ensure the sex offender is compliant with any court
order restrictions.
Affected Public: Business or other for-profit; not-for-profit
institutions; individuals or households.
Frequency: As required.
Respondent's Obligation: Required to obtain or retain benefits.
