AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of a public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Caribbean Fishery Management Council's (Council) 
Ecosystem-Based Fishery Management Technical Advisory Panel (EBFM TAP) 
will hold a two-day hybrid meeting to address the items on the 
tentative agenda included in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

DATES: The EBFM TAP hybrid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 
2022, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Thursday, March 17, 2022, from 9 a.m. 
to 5 p.m. The meeting will be at Eastern Standard Time.
