AGENCY: Small Business Administration.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major
disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Alaska (FEMA-4638-
DR), dated 01/15/2022.
Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, Landslides,
and Mudslides.
Incident Period: 10/29/2021 through 11/01/2021.
DATES: Issued on 01/15/2022.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 03/16/2022.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/17/2022.
ADDRESSES: Submit completed loan applications to: U.S. Small Business

or other locally announced locations.
