AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of Alabama (FEMA-4632-DR), dated 12/21/2021.
    Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
    Incident Period: 10/06/2021 through 10/07/2021.

DATES: Issued on 12/21/2021.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/21/2022.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/21/2022.

ADDRESSES: Submit completed loan applications to: U.S. Small Business 
Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport 
Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.

the President's major disaster declaration on 12/21/2021, applications

    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:

Tuscaloosa, Walker.
