AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

ACTION: Amendment 1.

SUMMARY: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a 
major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of California 
(FEMA-4610-DR), dated 09/24/2021.
    Incident: Wildfires.
    Incident Period: 07/14/2021 through 10/25/2021.

DATES: Issued on 11/10/2021.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/23/2021.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/24/2022.

incident period for this disaster as beginning 07/14/2021 through 10/
25/2021.
    All other information in the original declaration remains 
unchanged.
