AGENCY: National Science Foundation.

ACTION: Notice of permits issued.

SUMMARY: The National Science Foundation (NSF) is required to publish 
notice of permits issued under the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978. 
This is the required notice.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On October 13, 2021, the National Science 
Foundation published a notice in the Federal Register of permit 
applications received. The permits were issued on November 12, 2021, 
to:

1. Quixote Expeditions--Permit No. 2022-012
2. Scenic USA--Permit No. 2022-013
