AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of web conference.

SUMMARY: The North Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) Charter 
Halibut Management Committee will meet October 26, 2021, through 
October 27, 2021.

DATES: The meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 1 
p.m. to 4 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 8 a.m. to 4 
p.m., Alaska Time.

    The Charter Halibut Management Committee agenda will include (a) 
review of ADF&G preliminary estimates of 2021 charter harvest and 
recommend management measures to be analyzed for 2022; (b) review 
Recreational Quota Entity (RQE) funding mechanism

analysis and options and discuss next steps; and (c) other business. 
The agenda is subject to change, and the latest version will be posted
