SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major
disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Tennessee (FEMA-
4609-DR), dated 09/01/2021.
Incident: Severe Storm and Flooding.
Incident Period: 08/21/2021.
DATES: Issued on 09/01/2021.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/01/2021.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/01/2022.

nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above
or other locally announced locations.
