Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.
Incident Period: 05/17/2021 through 05/21/2021.
DATES: Issued on 08/20/2021.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/19/2021.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/20/2022.

the President's major disaster declaration on 08/20/2021, Private Non-
Profit organizations that provide essential services of a governmental
nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above
or other locally announced locations.
The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected
by the disaster:
Primary Parishes: Ascension, Assumption, Calcasieu, East Baton Rouge,
Iberville, Lafourche.
