Abstract
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Sucroal S.A. (Sucroal) sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020 period of review (POR). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
