Abstract

The Farm Credit Administration (FCA, we, our) is contemplating revising its liquidity regulations so Farm Credit System (FCS or System) banks can better withstand crises that adversely impact liquidity and pose a risk to their viability. FCA is considering whether to amend our existing liquidity regulatory framework. We are seeking comments from the public on how to amend or restructure our liquidity regulations.
