The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to request that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) extend approval, under the Paperwork Reduction Act, of a collection of information contained in PBGC's regulation on Mergers and Transfers Between Multiemployer Plans.
