    In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 
92-463, as amended), the National Science Foundation (NSF) announces 
the following meeting:

NAME AND COMMITTEE CODE: CMMT OpenKIM Virtual Site Visit (1203).

DATE AND TIME: June 28-29, 2021; 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

PLACE: NSF, 2415 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314 [verbar] 
Virtual.

TYPE OF MEETING: Part-Open.

REASON FOR CLOSING: The work being reviewed during closed portions of 
the virtual site visit include information of a proprietary or 
confidential nature, including technical information; financial data, 
such as salaries and personal information concerning individuals 
associated with the project. These matters are exempt under 5 U.S.C. 
552b(c), (4) and (6) of the Government in the Sunshine Act.
