Abstract
As authorized by the Secretary of HHS, AHRQ coordinates the development of common definitions and reporting formats (Common Formats) for reporting on health care quality and patient safety. The purpose of this notice is to announce the availability of Common Formats for Event Reporting--Diagnostic Safety (CFER-DS) Version 0.1 for public review and comment.
