§ 7-2504.05Title 7

Revocation of dealer’s license.

A dealer’s license shall be revoked if: Any of the criteria in § 7-2504.04 is not currently met; The information furnished to the Chief on the application for a dealer’s license proves to be intentionally false; There is a violation or omission of the duties, obligations, or requirements imposed by § 7-2504.04; or The license holder no longer meets any of the criteria required by this subchapter.
