§ 7-2502.05Title 7

Application signed under oath; fees.

Each applicant (the president or chief executive in the case of an organization) shall sign an oath or affirmation attesting to the truth of all the information required by § 7-2502.03 or § 7-2502.07a. Each application required by this subchapter shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee to be established by the Mayor; provided, that such fee shall, in the judgment of the Mayor, reimburse the District for the cost of services provided under this subchapter. Any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement made for purposes of firearm registration under this title shall be made under penalty of perjury pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 22-2402. Except as required in § 7-2502.03(a)(1), no document shall be required to be notarized.
