§ 7-1306.03Title 7

Appropriations.

There is hereby authorized to be appropriated such District funds as may be necessary and available to implement the provisions of this chapter, including funds for the development, and the support, of community-based services for persons with intellectual disabilities. Section 35 of D.C. Law 19-169 provided that no provision of the act shall impair any right or obligation existing under law. Section 35 of D.C.
