§ 50-921.18Title 50
Rules.
The Director, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 [§ 2-501 et seq.], may issue rules to implement the provisions of this subchapter. The rules may establish fees as may be necessary or useful for implementation of the subchapter, including permit application fees, fees for the use of public space, and fees for services provided by DDOT or rights or privileges granted by DDOT.
