Titling Rebuilt Salvage Vehicles.
The Department shall issue a Rebuilt Salvage Title if the owner has been issued a Salvage Title and passed inspection. Ownership of a Rebuilt Salvage Vehicle shall be transferred only through the use of a Rebuilt Salvage Title.
