§ 47-2853.27Title 47
Fines and penalties; criminal violations.
Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to imprisonment not to exceed one year, a fine not to exceed $10,000, or both. Any person who has been previously convicted under this subchapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to imprisonment not to exceed one year, a fine not to exceed $25,000, or both. The fines set forth in this section shall not be limited by [§ 22-3571.01].
