§ 42-3141.11Title 42
Rules.
The Office of Administrative Hearings, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 [§ 2-501 et seq.], may issue rules to implement the provisions of § 42-3141.06. The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 [§ 2-501 et seq.], may issue rules to implement the provisions of §§ 42-3141.02, 42-3141.03, 42-3141.04, 42-3141.05, 42-3141.07, 42-3141.08, 42-3141.09, and 42-3141.10.
