Definitions.
Repealed. Application of D.C. Law 12-175: Section 1904 of D.C. Law 12-175 provided that the act shall apply as of October 1, 1998. D.C. Law 12-60, title XVIII, § 1802 ( 44 DCR 7378), eff. March 20, 1998, added this section. Section 2002 of D.C. Law 12-60 provided: “Sec. 2002. This act shall apply as of October 1, 1997.”
