Issuance and form of license.

A license to cash checks shall state: The name of the licensee; The names of the members of the licensee (if applicable); The date of issuance and of expiration of the license; The date and state of incorporation of the licensee (if applicable); If the business is to be conducted at a specific address, the address at which the business is to be conducted; and If the business is to be conducted through the use of a mobile unit or a limited station, the words “Mobile Unit License,” or “Limited Station License”, the District registration number or other identification of the mobile unit or limited station, and the area in which the applicant is authorized to operate the mobile unit or limited station.
