§ 25-371Title 25
Moratorium on establishments which permit nude dancing.
Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, no licensee under this title shall permit nude dancers. A licensee who regularly provided entertainment by nude dancers before December 15, 1993, may continue to do so at its establishment.
